Interface Bootstrapper

When a class implementing the Bootstrapper interface and annotated with com.gwtplatform.mvp.client.annotations.Bootstrap is found, GWTP will call onBootstrap() of the bootstapper instead of revealCurrentPlace. This is particularly useful when you need to do initialisation steps before the first page is shown to the user.
